Accurate Description of the inputs.

DIN: Digital input
AIN: Analog input
SYS: System input

Name

This is the name of the input which has been entered in the menu Setup - Inputs.

Medium

Name of the medium which was used to send the fault message. These are the possible medium:

E-mail: The fault message was delivered by email
Printer: The fault message was printed on a printer
SMS via e-mail: The fault message was sent by SMS via email.
SMS: The fault message was sent by SMS over the phone line
Unix syslog: The fault message was sent to a syslog service on a computer
Voice: The fault was sent as voice over the phone line

Description

Here you see if the fault message was successfully sent through the corresponding medium. These are the possible messages:

  • Printer:
  • Result: success.
  • Result: failed! Error: ...
  • SMS via e-mail:
  • Result: success.
  • Result: failed! Error: ...

  • Result: success.

  • Result: failed! Error: ...
  • Voice:
  • Result: success. message was acknowledged.
  • Result: success. message was - maybe only partially - listened. (Message was not acknowledged!)
